Eventus®, the Best in Europe in 2012
Eventus®, our workflow and work force management software won first prize at the 2012 European Software Excellence Awards. We would like to call our partners’ attention to the prestigious award, hoping to provide an incentive to learn about this product.
The Eventus® system won the prize founded by the best experts of business IT for its extension to mobile devices, aimed to manage a mobile workforce. In the race for the first prize in the category Eventus® competed with 80 leading European developments, made it to the finals, and defeating serious competitors won the prize for being the best in Europe. The Central-European developers received the prize on the 1st of March, in Berlin at the European ISV Convention 2012, the largest European conference of software developers.
European Software Excellence Awards 2012 was not the first acknowledgement Eventus, the workflow and work force management system received. The software product was among the first to receive amid competitors still on the market the “Global Excellence in Workflow” silver medal of WfMC in 2003, the IT Business Leadership Award in 2008, and in 2011 Eventus was selected as one the eleven most innovative developments in Hungary.
With regards to this new acknowledgement we can state that positive feedback of the international expert community can be ascribed to the continuous enhancements and innovations in the right directions in the ten years since the first serious international acknowledgement of 2003. The numerous enhancements of Eventus in the past years, such as reading bar codes, map integration, mobile warehousing, Android based native Eventus client, MS Project Server integration, and all related innovations and knowledge extensions all attributed to the success of Eventus. It needs to be emphasized that the success also belongs to the companies using Eventus, as in many cases it is the requirements of the users and the close collaboration with them that inspires the continuous developments and innovations through which Eventus is now able to offer a high quality solution acknowledged internationally for mobile work force management.
