The conference and exhibition called TM Forum Management World was organized in May this year and hosted in Nice, France. We are proud to say that our company and its self-developed workflow and workforce management system were also represented at this prestigious event.
Following a two-year detour in Dublin, this spring Nice was again the host of the most prestigious and most visited conference and exhibition of the telecommunication industry, TM Forum Management World. The 4-day event boasting 3000 visitors from 81 countries offers an excellent opportunity for decision makers to learn about the newest technology options, form opinions and exchange experiences about the current challenges of the business.
This year within the OSS Supplier Workshop of Management World we too were given the opportunity to present our self-developed workflow and workforce management system, Eventus. Zoltan Nagy, the general manager of Fornax ICT gave a presentation about the newest modules and features of the system. The audience consisting chiefly of DT decision makers asked several questions after the presentation about Eventus features and their practical implementation supporting the daily operations of telco companies. This can be taken as a firm reassurance that our presentation managed to grasp the attention of experts and get them interested in Eventus. In addition to its gripping content, our presentation broke convention with its form too, as the visual aids were created using Prezi, another Hungarian application, as opposed to the usual MS PowerPoint slides.
