The development of IT, language and general competencies at Fornax ICT Kft
Fornax ICT Kft. won a nonrepayable subsidy of 9.952.704 HUF with 100% subsidy intensity for the project „The development of IT, language and general competencies at Fornax ICT Kft.” within the framework of the New Széchenyi Plan. The sum was used to carry out six trainings.
The tender called Support of Workplace Training for Micro and Small Enterprises in the Region of Central Hungary made it possible for 26 of our colleagues to attend training enhancing their language, IT, professional and other competencies.
A large proportion of our colleagues has more than ten years of diverse professional experience, therefore our areas of competence cover – but are not limited to – technical management, specific activity management; planning, organizing and optimizing background, administrative and support processes and the connected implementations.
Nowadays lack of skilled personnel causes difficulties even in the IT sector when empty positions need to be filled. Finding and training a new and innovative employee is both costly and time consuming. At the same time there is evidence that offering various trainings to the already available team of experts will increase their loyalty. It is highly characteristic of our firm that the basis of our success is human resources, therefore we deem the regular training of our employees especially important. The skills and experience gained as a result of the project contribute to the growth of our enterprise and to the improvement of our competitive advantage, ensuring the long term stability and development of our company.
Within the project we carried out the following trainings: English language lessons, Enhancement of self-knowledge and co-operation, State-of-the-art IT skills, Typing, Java master (J2EE), Oracle training.
The forms of education varied between lecture, workshop and training.
